Iikka Johansson is a silent person. Like silent people often do, he uses silence as a weapon. In his quiet place he examines what is really there. How does it taste? What does it look like? How will these things work together? How will the result collide back to reality?
As a chef he has the ability to see beyond first impressions. This has taken him on an interesting journey.
After working in several Michelin starred restaurants in Helsinki and Stockholm, Iikka joined Koski Syväri in 2019.
